Phone line hours

Our phone lines are open during practice hours. You can call us to book appointments, request prescriptions, or speak to a member of our team.

Monday – Friday: 8:30am–6pm

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Lines are often busiest between 8:00am and 10:00am. If your query is not urgent, calling after 10:30am may mean a shorter wait.

All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

How to find us

By bus

The practice is accessible by local bus services. Regular buses run to Abronhill from Cumbernauld town centre. Cumbernauld train station is also nearby with connecting bus services.

By car

The practice is located on Pine Road in Abronhill, Cumbernauld. Follow signs for Abronhill from the main Cumbernauld roads.

Parking: Free parking is available on-site. Disabled parking spaces are available near the entrance.

Accessibility: The practice has step-free access to the ground floor. Please let us know if you need any assistance when you arrive.
